Description of Program
Over the past several years, businesses across almost every industry have taken great strides in improving processes to become more time- and cost-effective. However, the healthcare industry has been very slow to adopt such changes, leaving many healthcare processes highly inefficient and hindering the quality-of-care doctors can provide. This interdisciplinary program aims to optimize critical hospital workflows via real-time data-driven decision-making and policy awareness. By implementing modern organizational structures alongside revolutionary data analysis and aggregation methods, it is possible to greatly decrease corrective measures that plague hospitals currently. By doing this, hospitals can save tens of millions of dollars every year while simultaneously empowering physicians to provide better care through proactive policy changes and the implementation of artificial intelligence.
