Description of Program
The goal of my program is to create a unique undergraduate journey that aligns with my holistic approach to healthcare. To achieve this goal, I feel it is crucial to immerse myself in a multidisciplinary educational environment that nurtures my wide-ranging interests in Biology, Child & Family Studies, Nutrition, Psychology, Public Health, and Sociology. I am driven by not just the scientific fundamentals, but also the essential skills needed to provide patient education, care, and preventive measures. Furthermore, I aspire to integrate empathy and cultural competence in my studies, recognizing the importance of understanding patients’ backgrounds and perspectives in delivering effective healthcare.
