Description of Program: I created my program to mix Computer Science, Psychology, Philosophy, and Ecology and Evolutionary Biology. My intention is to compare processes of the brain with processes of a computer, both physically and behaviorally, to apply some of the natural processes of the brain and mind to computers.

Departmental Emphases: Computer Science (Primary Major), Psychology, Philosophy, Ecology and Evolutionary Biology.

Plans after graduation (career, graduate/professional school, etc.): To research in the field of Artificial Intelligence, and/or to obtain a career that applies improved Artificial Intelligence.

Other Academic Interests: Aerospace and Mechanical Engineering, Music performance

Research Experiences or Internships: 3 semester rotations of a Mechanical Engineering Co-op with BorgWarner Turbo Systems in Asheville, NC. 1 Summer internship in Automation and Controls with Animax Designs in Nashville, TN.

Part-time employment; Hobbies; Campus Clubs/Activities: President of DriveUT, the on-campus automotive enthusiast club. Riding Coach/Instructor at Sportbike Track Time motorcycle trackday organization. Hobby musician and photographer.
